Wilderness is a powerful thing stripping us of our wants and reminding us of our needs. Removing the distractions that keep our attention from focusing completely on present tasks or goals. Wilderness is thought-provoking, challenging, driving, and beautiful. With our passion for the mountains and singular focus on business teams we use outdoor fun and wilderness skills all mixed with business context to create the ultimate business adventures.

Details:

3-4 day expeditions that can be completely customized to your teams goals and pursuits. Our outdoor adventures quickly expose team dynamics and provide an incredible platform for business and leadership workshops. Our greatest personal growth lies outside our comfort zone. We encourage dis-comfort by making executives carry their own packs, pitch their own tent and cook their own meals.

Each team member will be provided the appropriate camping gear needed for the trip and any adventure activity rentals.

Throughout the Expedition in addition to hiking, biking, or even repelling next to a waterfall the teams will complete both mental and physical challenges. The challenges are a mix of survival scenarios and adventure simulations.

After an initial briefing each team member will pack their gear into the provided backpacks and set off on their journey. Hiking into camp and setting up your sleeping arrangements as a team, gearing up for the adventures that lie ahead.

After each adventure the “descent”/de-briefing focuses on what was learned, what teams could have done better, how companies could improve their performance and any “take homes” that can be used for their business.
